- Degree in bioinformatics, biostatistics or equivalent professional experience
- Analysis and evaluation of NGS data (especially transcriptome data)
- Experience with common bioinformatics tools
- Programming skills (R, Pyhton, or similar)
- Knowledge of statistics
- Statistical analysis of sequencing data (R, Python, SPSS, or similar)
- Preparation, analysis and presentation of results
